About Kim, Owner of Wedding Well
After coordinating and planning weddings for friends and family, I quickly realized how much I love helping couples bring their wedding day to life. There’s something incredibly meaningful about stepping in, managing the details, and allowing couples to be fully present for one of the most important days of their lives. When our family moved to Montana, it felt like the perfect place to turn that passion into a business and launch my wedding planning services.
I know firsthand how overwhelming wedding planning can feel. When I got married in 2008, I had no idea what I needed, what questions to ask, or how to pull everything together. A cousin of my husband stepped in to help think through the details and coordinate the day—and it was truly the greatest gift. Because of her, my family and friends were able to relax and enjoy the celebration right alongside us.
As a former teacher turned wedding planner, organization, communication, and thoughtful preparation are at the heart of everything I do. My goal is simple: to give you—and your loved ones—the freedom to soak in every moment, knowing the details are handled and your day is in trusted hands.

One of the biggest pieces of advice we’ve received when planning our wedding was to at least have a day of coordinator. We didn’t think we needed one, but leading up to our wedding it was very clear it was necessary. Kim and Sabrina did an AMAZING job helping set up, keep us on a timeline, and were so supportive/flexible when plans had to change. They even took care of little things like making sure the wedding party was drinking water and eating. 1000% recommend Kim and her team!!
