Day Of Wedding Coordinator
I love coordinating weddings. I will sit down, virtually or in-person, two times prior to the wedding to help you think through all the details. This will help me to understand your vision for the big day but also help you do as much pre-planning as possible to save as much money as possible. I like to think of myself as the day of coordinator that can assist you to DIY as much as possible while still being able to enjoy your big day. BUT, if you don’t want to do much yourself, I can be additionally hired to complete and plan tasks for the big day well in advance.

Let Me Make Your Wedding Day Flawless
Two Meetings Prior to the Wedding
Virtual or in-person We will talk through all the details. You will walk away with a to-do list and tips on how to get it done. I’m happy to be contracted out additionally to complete tasks for you, but completion of tasks is not included in this package.
Creating a detailed schedule for the rehearsal and wedding day
Where is everyone supposed to go? When do they arrive? What do they need to bring? We will work together to make this list as comprehensive as possible for the wedding rehearsal and wedding day.
Running and Executing the Wedding Rehearsal
We will show up to the wedding rehearsal, I’ll help you organize and execute all the details of the rehearsal so everyone feels ready and prepared for the big day.
Day of Execution of the Wedding
I’ll be there with you every step of the way. Organizing people, making sure the venue is decorated to your specifications, addressing potential problems and ultimately making sure your event is wonderfully executed the way YOU want it while you being able to actually enjoy the big day.

Starting at $1,400
After the initial consultation phone call, the first meeting will be 3-4 months prior to the wedding day, ensuring your planning is on track and you are beginning to think through all the details. The next call will be within one month prior to the date of the wedding. If you have done most of the hard work and want to make yourself a guest at your own wedding, this is the package for you.

3 Months Prior to Wedding:
• Availability for questions and recommendations during office hours
• Communication with your vendors, as needed
• Detailed timeline creation -
Wedding Rehearsal:
• Help set up ceremony, cocktail, and reception site with you and your crew
• Coordination of your rehearsal; pass out your timeline to your wedding party & family
•Become point of contact for your wedding party -
Wedding Day:
• Coordination with your DJ and/or MC for announcements
• Supervise vendors during event and ensure timeline adherence
• Greet and meet your guest needs throughout your event
• Follow up with any outstanding payments & distribute vendor tips
• On-site from beginning to end
• Emergency Kit included -
Travel Fee:
If the wedding location is more than 1.5 hours (approx 80 miles) away from Polson, Montana travel fees will be added onto service cost.
The Deluxe Package

Starting at $3,000
Everything the signature package offers but we bring our own associate coordinators to assist lead coordinator in tasks on the wedding day, so your guests are truly guests and do not need to help with tasks on the wedding day. Associate coordinators needed will be based on the guest count of wedding.
