Our team connects with couples—virtually or in person—prior to the wedding to thoughtfully walk through the details, clarify the vision, and create a clear, manageable plan. These conversations allow for meaningful pre-planning, helping couples make informed, budget-conscious decisions well before the big day.

Meetings Prior to the Wedding
Whether virtually or in person, we’ll walk through every detail together—so you can move forward with confidence and peace, knowing I’m by your side as your planner.
Creating a detailed schedule for the rehearsal and wedding day
Where is everyone supposed to go? When do they arrive? What do they need to bring? We will work together to make this list as comprehensive as possible for the wedding rehearsal and wedding day.
Running the Wedding Rehearsal
We will show up to the wedding rehearsal, I’ll help you organize and execute all the details of the rehearsal so everyone feels ready and prepared for the big day.
Day of Execution of the Wedding
I’ll be there with you every step of the way. Organizing people, making sure the venue is decorated to your specifications, addressing potential problems and ultimately making sure your event is wonderfully executed the way YOU want it while you being able to actually enjoy the big day.

Our Signature Coordination Package is designed for couples who want to be guests at their own wedding. We step in during the final months to tie up loose ends, manage logistics, and oversee every detail—so you can stay present, relaxed, and focused on what matters most.

Planning Check-Ins (Beginning 3 Months Out)
Two structured planning meetings to ensure no detail is overlooked as the wedding approaches.
• First meeting at 3–4 months prior to your wedding
• Final meeting within one month of your wedding date
Ongoing Support
• Availability for questions and recommendations during office hours
• Vendor communication as needed in the final months
Custom Wedding Timeline Creation
A detailed, thoughtfully built timeline covering your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception—shared with your vendors, wedding party, and family.
Wedding Rehearsal Coordination
• Assist with ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception setup alongside your crew
• Lead and run the rehearsal
• Distribute timelines to wedding party and family
• Serve as point of contact for your wedding party
Wedding Day Coordination
• One lead coordinator + one assistant
(Additional assistants available for an additional fee)
• On-site from beginning to end of your wedding day
• Coordinate with DJ and/or MC for announcements
• Oversee vendors and ensure timeline adherence
• Manage guest needs throughout the event
• Distribute vendor tips and follow up on any outstanding payments
